At Missy Empire, we want you to be obsessed with your new look, but we understand sometimes things don't work out. You have 28 days from the date of delivery to return any unwanted items for a full refund, provided they are in their original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Repack Your Items

  Place your items back into their original packaging, ensuring all labels and tags are still attached and the garments are free from makeup or perfume marks.

• 2.
  Register Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return and choose your preferred courier method.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print your prepaid return shipping label, then securely attach it to the outside of your parcel, making sure to cover or remove any old delivery labels.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to your nearest designated drop-off point and keep your proof of postage receipt until your refund has been processed within 10 working days.
